The 2016 Washington State Truck Driving Championship was held at Kent Space Center on June 18, 2016. Boeing drivers did an outstanding job. There were 9 different classes that drivers competed in, step van, Straight Truck, 3 Axle, 4 Axel, 5 Axel Van, 5 Axel Flatbed, Sleeper Truck and Tanker. Boeing had 10 drivers who competed in this event.

- Flatbed: Mike Mygatt
- 3 Axel: Lisa Bry
- Tanker: Jeff Mass
- 4 Axle: Peter Logar
- Sleeper: Robert Yun
- Twins: Rick Colton
Dan Jasper took 1st in Step Van, Peter Logar took 2nd in 4 Axel, Gary Herrygers came in 3rd in 5 Axel Van, and Mike Mygatt 3rd place in Flatbed.
Kevin Glover also go the Harry Fletcher award for being active in the community. Dan Jasper will be representing both the state of Washington and the Boeing Company going to the Nationals in Indianapolis August 11th thru the 14.
