The IBT has instructed all Supplemental Chairs to conclude negotiations on their Supplemental Agreements by close of business on Thursday, July 19.

This includes the Western Region Supplement and Joint Council 28 Rider and Sort Addendum, both of which cover UPS members at Local 174.
