Training Paid at $16.72 P/Hr. starting 6/24/2018 -approximately 3-4 weeks training

Bring your valid Washington State driver’s license, social security card or eligibility documentation to work in the US and current 5 year driving record abstract showing no more than two moving violations in the past three years. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a US driver’s license for 3 years.

Minimum Operator/Bus Driver Qualifications
The following minimum qualifications refer to individuals applying for driving positions at Transdev Services. To be considered for employment, candidates applying for driving positions will meet the following minimum qualifications:
Driving Record – Must not have more than 2 minor moving violations in the past three (3) years.
Driver’s shall meet the following pre-employment requirements.
Does have a valid US driver’s license for three (3) years and have a current WA State Driver’s License
Be a U.S. citizen or have eligibility documentation to legally work in the US, as we are an E-Verify Employer
Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
Must possess a valid driver’s license in their state of residence
Must be able to satisfy state, federal, or local laws ordinances and statutes regarding the requirements to operate a commercial vehicle
Must be able to demonstrate English language competency (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Understanding)
Clear a criminal history check/work history check and Department of Licensing Record check consistent with guidelines established by the S.P. Contractor and approved by King County, prior to independently operating vehicles in this service`
Cannot have more than two (2) minor moving violations within the previous three (3) years
Driver’s shall have no conviction of a serious traffic violation within the last five (5) years, including but not limited to: Driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident (Hit & Run), using a commercial vehicle in the commission of a crime, reckless driving and or reckless endangerment, a suspended license for a moving violation, negligent driving, more than one (1) “At Fault” accident, open container, vehicular homicide or vehicular assault, excessive speed, reckless driving, improper or erratic lane changes, and following the vehicle ahead too closely, and is NOT disqualified from holding a commercial driver’s license
Has NOT been convicted of more than one of the following, over the Driver’s Entire Driving History:
Having an alcohol concentration of 0.04 or greater while operating a commercial motor vehicle, refusing to take an alcohol test as required by a State or Jurisdiction under its implied consent laws or regulations, leaving the scene of an accident, using a vehicle to commit any felony or crime, driving a commercial motor vehicle when, because of prior violations committed operating a commercial motor vehicle, the driver’s commercial driver’s license is revoked, suspended, or cancelled. Causing a fatality through the negligent operation of a commercial motor vehicle, including, but not limited to, crimes of motor vehicle manslaughter, and homicide by motor vehicle and negligent homicide.

Crimes of a sexual nature committed against an individual including, but not limited to:
Rape, child molestation, and unlawful sexual acts, crimes involving the physical control, sale, use, transportation, production, of controlled substances, crimes involving dishonesty such as fraud, embezzlement, theft, and/or the misappropriation of funds or property, possession of stolen property.
Hate crimes or other conduct involving serious or repeated discrimination or harassment based on race, creed, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation (Municipal Law applies in Seattle)
If given a conditional offer of employment, on the first day of training, bring a CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) Book to class with you.
