Tuesday is the day every year where we all become Irish and celebrate St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland who drove away those slithery green reptiles (and, no, we don’t mean congressional Republicans). Make sure your celebration this week includes these high-quality, union-made products (full list brought to you by Union Plus):
Make sure your traditional corned beef meal includes union-made products from Saag’s, Thumann’s or Winter’s Premium Deli. If you need to make your food and beverages green, try union-made food coloring from Durkee.
You can propose a St. Patrick’s Day toast with these fine whiskies—including some tasty single barrels—from the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) represented distilleries. And here are just some of the union-made beers brought to you by the UFCW, Machinists (IAM), UAW and Teamsters (IBT). For more ideas, visit Union 411 and Union Plus.
