If you are eligible to vote on the UPS Contract, you should have received a copy of your ballot in your mailbox at home. If you have not received your ballot yet, you’ll need to call the Local 174 front office at (206) 441-6060 (open M-F from 8AM—5PM) and ask about being “recredentialed” to vote on the UPS contract.
Our office staff will assist in getting you a new ballot, and updating your address so it arrives in the right place!
From the IBT regarding the voting process:
Please be advised that the correct phone numbers to cast a vote on the UPS Teamsters Contract Vote are 866.443.8491 and 877.771.2185. After calling either number, members will be prompted to enter their access code, which they can find in their mailed voting packet. If one number happens to be busy, the other number is available to use. These numbers are the same across the country and are printed on your members’ ballots. Members can also vote by scanning their unique QR code on their ballot or by using the BallotPoint website https://es1.BallotPoint.com/UPS or https://es2.BallotPoint.com/UPS. Both the access code and QR code are unique to each member and should not be shared.
The Strategic Initiatives Department created a tutorial video for the Contract Vote, which you can watch here. This video uses an administrative copy of the contract voting system in order to preserve the integrity of the official voting system. Be advised, the administrative copy has different phone numbers that are not associated with the current UPS Teamsters Contract Vote. Please do not use the numbers from the video to attempt to vote.
