After a hard-fought negotiations process in which YOU were the deciding factor, we have emerged victorious with a strong new contract between UPS and the Teamsters Union.

Now comes the hard part: enforcing that contract.

Many changes were made that will help to solve the problems you identified prior to negotiations, but those solutions only work if we force UPS to follow the contract. The purpose of this training is to help you all learn how to make that happen

Please make sure to attend this important event, and bring along all the leaders in your workplace who are willing to step up and help provide advice and file grievances against violations.

The training will be led by IBT Parcel Director Johnny Sawyer, NMUPS Chairman Matt Higdon, and NW Grievance Panel Chairman Ted Bunstine.
